Targeting in Edelweiss360

Much of the power of Edelweiss360 lies in its targeting functionality. If your store has a loyalty program and connects individual customer purchases with their email addresses (and you have a compatible POS system), this data can be imported into 360, and with it, you can target customers based on their interests.

In the example below, purchasers from a store’s Cooking section are pulled in as recipients of a campaign featuring new cookbooks:

Note that you’re not limited to targeting by just one section, author, etc., but can choose as many as you see fit from the Targeted section:

The number of titles purchased  and timeframe associated with each ‘target’ you’ve selected can be adjusted as needed:
