For full functionality, Edelweiss360 requires a feed of customer data. The list of POS systems below are those that can provide this data, giving you the ability to target customers based on their purchase history:

During Edelweiss360 onboarding, Edelweiss will contact your POS system to request the necessary setup and will copy your store contact on all related communication. Once this setup is complete, your customer data in 360 will update automatically, usually on a nightly basis. Note that a customer is only imported into 360 via your POS system if you have recorded their email address and they have at least one purchase associated with their name/contact information.

Note: If you are an Analytics subscriber, you can still use Edelweiss360 with limited functionality if your POS system does not appear in the list above! Find a list of POS systems compatible with Analytics here.
