CCM Payments via Stripe

To receive automatic monthly payments of your Collaborative Consumer Marketing earnings, create a Stripe account (or connect an existing one) by clicking Create/Connect Stripe Account on your Edelweiss360 homepage in the Results box.

Stripe is a safe and secure online payment processing platform that works similarly to PayPal. During the account creation process, you’ll enter relevant details for the bank account in which you’d like to receive your earnings, and Stripe will process any funds to the account on a monthly basis.

Payment history will be visible in Stripe.

You’ll find an overview in Edelweiss360 as well, complete with pending payments and next payment date.

*Historical earnings will be sent to you as one initial payment, after which the automatic monthly payment schedule will kick in.

For the different CCM categories, CCM Earned should be the total amount of earnings you’ve made over all time. CCM Pending is what’s sitting in your Stripe account but not paid out to you yet. And CCM Paid is how much has been sent to your bank.

The CCM Gross Income that you’d see on an individual campaign covers all costs of the program, which is free to booksellers as part of your Analytics subscription. This includes both the store earnings and Edelweiss’s fee to publishers for use of the platform, so the amount you see as gross fees will generally be about 25% more than the payout to you.
