Customers will have the opportunity to unsubscribe from your Edelweiss360 campaigns by clicking Unsubscribe or Manage Preferences, which will appear at the bottom of each email you send.
However, there may be times when you’d like to unsubscribe a customer yourself. To do so, search the customer’s name or email address in the Find a customer search bar.
Once you’ve clicked on their name/email address, the resulting window will include an Unsubscribe Customer button. Click that, and this customer will no longer receive any emails you send through 360.
Note that it’s not possible to delete customers from your customer list in 360. This is by design, since in most cases, we receive your customer data on a regular basis (straight from your POS system). If a customer was deleted from 360 but still existed in your POS system, they could very easily be re-imported — so your best bet is to make sure any customers who prefer not to receive your emails are unsubscribed.
