Finding Your Analytics Tools

Your Edelweiss Analytics tools are a part of Edelweiss. You can find that link here:

www.edelweiss.plus

Edelweiss is essentially an interactive suite of tools designed to make your job easier. Publishers post their seasonal and backlist catalogs there, and you have tools to communicate with sales reps, create and manage orders, find digital review copies, write reviews, communicate with your coworkers, request author events, and of course, discover your Analytics tools.

If you do not yet have an Edelweiss account, you can register for one at the link above. (If you’re a Bertline store, you likely already have an account and can sign in there with the login information you’ve been provided. If you need that information, email us at support@abovethetreeline.com and we’ll get you going.)

The Analytics tools are available for Analytics subscribers. Each store or shop that is an Analytics subscriber can also control who among their staff has access to these tools.

The Analytics tools will appear in the menu across the top of your Homepage:

Part of the customization tools for the Edelweiss dashboard is the ability to see what you want to see, and to hide what you do not want to see. If you’re not seeing your Analytics as a choice, your account either does not have access, or it may be hidden. You can check that by clicking in to your Preferences at the top of any screen:

Accounts with User Administration privileges can control access to the Analytics tools (as well as controlling Buying privileges for each user, as well. Details here about managing your users, including adding and deleting users). Click on your name at the top of any Edelweiss page to see your Profile, which includes your assigned privileges:

You can reach the Analytics tools, then, by clicking the link at the top of the page, or creating an Analytics widget.

Your Analytics page can be customized, as well, in that you can control the order in which the lanes appear. You can even hide a lane if you like. Again, click in to your Preferences:
